The law firm was founded by William “Rusty” Huseman in 2001. Rusty elected to limit the firm’s representation in order to maximize its effectiveness and increase its efficiency for its clients. The Firm has a wide range of legal experience and represents banking, financial institutions, and business entities throughout Florida.

The firm is also very proud of its achievements in real estate law as it represents several Community Development Companies in Florida with the U.S. Small Business Administration loans. In fact, Rusty has achieved the distinction of serving the CDCs as their Designated Closing Counsel. This honor is limited to very few attorneys in Florida with Rusty being 1 of 8 attorneys in the State with this designation.
